I would like to also thank Hamish for opening with prayer (at the range and at the opening of the event). I had a rough start at the Centre fire range (was in my own head - never shot at 150m or 200m before), Hamish kept calm and also motivated me to calm down, breath and continue - he truly made a huge difference in my life. I also want to thank him for not just motivating me on the range, but also taking time to motivate me again at the awards. He is a true inspiration and great motivator. I would like to thank you for making the introduction to the Range Officer course on 08 -June-2024 possible and presenting it at Bellville Pistol Club.
As always your approach was focused on being proactive and assessing all situations to ensure the safety of all.
Your passion and dedication for safe sport shooting was a central theme thought the full presentation and was positively contagious.
I especially enjoyed the practical examples of how to guide beginner and inexperienced shooters on the range. Where to position yourself as Range Officer, danger signs to look out for and how to contain the latter.
You placed a fresh spin and reinforced the importance of the basic golden safety rules and helped to me and fellow shooters to assess our position on effective practising of safe firearm ownership and sport shooting.

I was referred to Hamish (Real Deal Resources) by a friend and was extremely impressed by the service I received from him.
He has a vast knowledge of everything relating to firearms.
I applied for a S16 license and Hamish immediately assisted me & took me through the whole process & helped me to complete all necessary forms & documents. He also handed in my application on my behalf at the DFO & all I had to do was show up for the appointment , sign a few documents & that was it!
Believe me , once you've been assisted by him , you will never use anybody else! Nice to know that there are still people who understand what the word "service" means! Thanx Hamish , I'll see you for the next one!!

Incredible Service by SAPS DFO Durbanville & Real Deal Resources.
I was in need of a new Section 13 Self-Defence firearm licence and appointed Hamish Deal from Real Deal Resources to assist me with the process.
Not only did he make the process painless for me (not having time myself for personal admin) he completed the application documents and motivation in record time.
On the day of my submission, Hamish met me at the Durbanville DFO’s offices, and he assisted me with the application process. Thanks to his thoroughness and excellent compilation of the documents I literally went in and out at SAPS Durbanville DFO in a matter of minutes.

Ek wil graag vir Real Deal Resources bedank vir die beste Vrouedag wat ek nog beleef het. Ek was baie onseker, aangesien ek n Uncontrollable shaking, linker hand het. I would like extend a heartfelt thank you Real Deal Resources, SAGA and everyone else who was involved in organizing a Women's Day event to remember. Hearing the stories, learning about gun safety as well as personal safety is something that will stay with me always. I am grateful for the opportunities which were afforded us, learning how to shoot, learning the do's and don'ts and meeting amazing people. When I heard we were going to the Bellville Shooting Range, I was really nervous since I’ve never held a gun before.
However, Hamish was very patient and taught us in a way that was simple and easy to understand. He shared a lot of important information and rules for when owning and handling a firearm. It was all very interesting and I learned a lot.
After my first session with Hamish, I feel much more confident safely holding and using a firearm. Thank you, Hamish!

Oor die afgelope jaar het ek omvattende gebruik gemaak van Real Deal Resources se dienste. Dit sluit in die vuurwapen bevoegdheid en lisensie aansoeke vir beide my en my vrou, om ons gesin na die skietbaan te neem en om ons kinders (16 en 13) aan vuurwapens bekend te stel en vir hulle 'n eerste ervaring van skiet met 'n 9mm pistool te gee, die verkryging van toerusting, help om 'n "go-bag" bymekaar te sit, algemene vrae oor sekuriteit by ons huis, selfverdediging opleiding aanbevelings vir my en my gesin, en net om beter daarop voorbereid te wees om onsself te verdedig.
Hamish is professioneel en het baie ervaring en kennis, en ek het gevind hy lewer altyd meer as verwag, soos byvoorbeeld: om saam met ons na SAPS te gaan met die inhandiging van applikasies om seker te maak dat dit glad verloop, om ons deur 'n hersiening van fundamentele vuurwapen gebruik te neem by die skietbaan, om vir my boeke te leen oor huis invalle sodat ons beter voorbereid kan wees.
