Real Deal Resources, founded by Hamish Deal is the culmination and result of extensive experience in a variety of fields and industry. These include and are not limited to physical auditing, physical risk management, contract security management, security guarding and related personnel, armed reaction, security system monitoring, electronic security system installation, security systems design and implementation, security management, incident and accident investigation.

Hamish Deal is the best firearm instructor you can get.. I am an armed reaction officer and today I was on a practice shooting session and Hamish Deal was the instructor who assisted us and the way he gave the instructions was excellent, step by step as well as the way how he was doing it with passion and a calm voice. Hamish Deal handles the practice as though he is the one who is coming for the practice, yet he is just perfect and brilliant with the rules and regulations of handling a firearm safely. I am 13 years old and it was my first time shooting a firearm and it was an amazing experience. Hamish taught me all the rules and principles of how to handle a firearm correctly. He is a very patient coach and I cannot wait for my next lesson.

After just two sessions with Hamish I was able to successfully complete my theory exam on the firearm control act as well as the safe use of a handgun along with the practical exam. First experience shooting a firearm was made really special by Hamish. It was an adrenaline rush and loads of fun but also a very serious experience as made clear by Hamish who portrayed the rules and principles of using a firearm in a manner that was easy to understand and to implement.
